My story.
We were warmly welcomed to Michigan in June of 2016 after relocating here from Arizona for my husband's job. We quickly discovered all that Michigan has to offer, and most importantly - what a wonderful place it is to raise a family. Let's back up a bit, though. I am originally an East Coast girl. I grew up and spent the first 25 years of my life on Cape Cod (Massachusetts) before moving to AZ on a warm weather whim shortly after finishing college. It was there that I met my husband, a kind, good-hearted Mid-West Kansas boy. I'm sure it will come as no surprise when I say that my passion for photography is due in part to our long distance relationships with our family and friends over the years. We have been capturing bits and pieces of our journey, as it's always been a way for us stay connected to the people we love. What started out as a hobby quickly developed into something more as our own family grew. I was determined to capture every moment and milestone because let's face it... these little ones grow up so darn fast! I've been a photographer now for 11 years and continually strive to give you my best work. I am truly honored each time I get asked to capture your memories, and I never get tired of hearing your stories. It is with each one of these unique encounters that I get to live my dream... and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. I really mean it. Truly grateful.
